After completing RYS 500hr ( REGISTERED YOGA SCHOOL ), in India, my practice consists of teaching Hatha, Ashtanga, Vinyasa, Yin, Yoga Trapeze, Prenatal-Postnatal Yoga, Meditation, Pranayama, Shatkarma, and basic knowledge of Ayurveda; which combines body, asanas (poses), pranayama (breathing), cleansing, mind, consciousness, breath united with movement, self-control, and discipline.
I first started yoga about three years ago as a practitioner and I discovered a strong passion for teaching. I decided to go further into learning the practice by traveling to Rishikesh, India. This is know for being the capital for yoga. I had the chance to experience the spiritual atmosphere and learn from great teachers.
With a life dedicated to yoga, I hope to serve as an inspiration for the others, to be comfortable with themselves and to have the full love of their well being. We must learn to help others love themselves and love everything that’s around us: nature, people, animal, plants…
I will always be a student of yoga, open to learning more and more each day.
I am truly grateful for my teachers and I am eager to share the wisdom that they have given me.“Yogah cittavrtti nirodhah”
Release the unnecessary thoughts from your mind…
Accept your days in life whether they’re good or bad. Accept the power of now, never look back and learn to grow from your experiences.“Atha yogānuśāsanam”
Live now in the present to get the right understanding…
My practice improved my strength and flexibility, both on and off the mat and I would love to share this with you.
Namaste Daniela. ❤
